- Spend time with Nature. Adore it. Conserve it. Make it Greener, cleaner and healthier.

- Minimize use of heaters in winters by wearing warm clothes and especially during the nights when you are warm in comforters.

- Use car-pool and public transportation to commute. Allows socializing too.
- Try walking or bicycling for shorter distances. Good for Health too.
- Minimize use of disposables-plastics, paper etc. Refuse-Reuse-Recycle.
- Minimize use of paper to save trees. Use eco-bottles or mugs.
- Use jets in toilets to minimize use of paper.
- Carry a grocery bag (cloth or other eco-friendly material).
- Carry a water bottle (eco-friendly product).
- Use plain water as primary drink.
- Use more of fresh Food. Avoid canned, processed foods.
- Use natural & herbal products. Minimize use of chemicals.
- Prefer organic Foods and other organic lifestyle products.
- Use Herbs to treat infections consulting an expert.
- Prefer being a Vegetarian. Be compassionate to animals and endangered species.
- Do not encourage deforestation for animal and poultry farms to meet your meat demands.
- Minimize use of electromagnetic and irradiation gadgets- mobile phones, microwaves etc.
