Preserving the Equilibrium
Lord Krishna in Bhagvad Gita has said, “If one affects the natural balance and harmony present in his body and sleeps, eats or works, excessively, he will fail to preserve the equilibrium of the metabolic functions”. Due to which one will get sick.
Cure to re-establish the balances are achieved by living life like a yogi. “He who is temperate in his habits of eating, sleeping, working and Recreation can mitigate all material pains by practicing the Yoga."
