Yoga for conception![]() Women who are trying to conceive should do following exercises to improve the fertility power-
Lotus pose (Padmasana)- Sit with crossed legs and keep the back straight. Then place the back of your hand on your knees. This exercise energizes the pelvic region which is primarily responsible for the fertility and balances the hormones.
Butterfly Pose (Titli Asana)- It is similar to Lotus pose but in this, the feet will be together, and you have to pull them close to the body while keeping the back straight. It makes the muscle relax and increase the blood flow in Pelvic region. ![]() No Discussions yet.
