Loneliness, Desperation, Depression

Seasonal Affective Depression (SAD) or Winter Depression is common among people and it is worse for the people coming from warmer regions. You may Eat more, sleep more, feel lack of energy and may have lot of anxiety or phobias. You may have several options that you do not loom in this stage and cause harm to your emotional and Physical well being:
  • Step out to enjoy sun. You can do so just sitting in your car also.
  • Well lit your home
  • Do Yoga, stretch exercises, brisk walking etc.
  • Internet is your friend.
  • Write content, Blog
  • Socialize online/offline
  • Explore your talent, cultivate hobbies
  • Recreate yourself. Humor and Entertain yourself
  • Make a trip to warmer regions
