  • Identify your Simple Joys– A smile, a song, a child’s face, a flower, a cartoon, a joke…there must be something that can tickle you. Just allow it to tickle you to the fullest.
  • Smile often. Simple solution to make you look beautiful! Smile to yourself in the mirror and to others too.
  • Value your time-Prioritize your needs. Prioritize your family needs. 
  • Spend time with your loved ones– Spending time with your loved ones. Nothing is more simple, recreational and giving happiness.
  • De-clutter your communication– Prioritize to respond to important phones, e-mails, mails. Limit your length of communication.
  • Must do Physical Work-Cleaning, Cooking, and Organizing can be recreational too. It builds positive energies and keeps your body toned. Sweating releases the toxins out.
  • Learn to Say No– Know your physical, financial and emotional limits. Know your priorities and learn to say “No”, be it workplace, friends, family, relationships before they start taxing your emotional, physical or financial state.
  • Cherish what you have-Do not miss on enjoying what you have for that which you don’t!
  • Remember ‘lean is in!‘- De-clutter your house, your work-desk, your car, your refrigerator, your wardrobe. Say bye-bye to the really old and worn out stuff. More importantly, think twice-thrice before you stuff in new purchases.

  • Eat Simple but Healthy– Eat light in routine. That can be wholesome and nutritious, if we carefully choose to consume all what is important for keeping good health.
